Kind Box app for iPhone and iPad

A mobile app for users to find participating Green Dining Alliance restaurants in St. Louis where they can participate in the Kind Box program. Users will check out reusable to-go containers for their take out food, then find and use a Return Station using the app. It also includes quantifiable waste reduction metrics. The containers are commercially washed and sanitized, and can be reused up to a thousand times. Using reusable containers for to-go food eliminates single use containers, helping reduce waste, save restaurants money, and start a circular approach to waste management. Kind Box is program of earthday365, an environmental non-profit in St. Louis.
